Allego and EVA Global: Partners in Customer Experience

Finland, 19th October 2020. Allego, the Leading Provider of Charging Solutions with a pan-European presence and EVA Global, the experienced Managed Services Provider in eMobility, launched a strategic partnership in the summer 2019 to assist EV drivers with their daily charging needs. The joint aim is to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles through best-in-class customer experience at the charge points and beyond.

This collaboration has leveraged EVA’s driver-inspired innovation and EV-dedicated Customer Experience concept, together with Allego’s charging network expertise to help accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and transform the driver experience. EVA provides 24/7 support to EV drivers using Allego’s charging infrastructure in 6 languages, bringing to life both companies’ common vision of a truly customer-centric, accessible, and reliable network. During the past 12 months we have been able to respond to the drivers needs and further develop a service that is fully customised to the Allego network users.
