EVA Global, led by its Founder and Co-CEO Niina Suuriniemi Hopper, has been announced as one of the top 10 Finnish finalists in the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year Program. This nomination follows EVA Global’s recognitions as the Finnish growth company of the year in 2022 in the Kasvu Open competition.

What began as firsthand experience and identification of an opportunity to enhance the EV driver experience has evolved into a company with a workforce of nearly 400 people. EVA Global already operates in over 30 countries worldwide, maximizing the reliability, accessibility and availability of EV charging infrastructure.

Niina Suuriniemi Hopper and the entire company are honored to be among the top 10 finalists. “I’m very proud of our company’s recognition by Ernst & Young and the jury. Being named among the top 10 is an honor for our entire team, that has brought us this far”, says Suuriniemi Hopper. “This acknowledgement reinforces our commitment to making EV charging more accessible and easier for all parties involved, contributing to the shift to zero-emission mobility.”

The Finnish award recipient will be announced in the Entrepreneur of the Year Gala, hosted by Ernst & Young in Helsinki on October 27th. You can vote for the audience favourite here https://www.menti.com/al3q67nhmd28/0
